J.L. Gang is a Navy veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and a graduate of the Writers Guild Initiative via the Wounded Warrior Project, who now charts the dark realms of storytelling from a small town in Southern Minnesota. Raised on a high-desert Arizona ranch and seasoned by the vast oceans of his military service, Gang draws on a life lived at the edges of the map to bring a raw, disciplined intensity to his fiction.
When not exploring Minnesota’s diverse landscapes with his spouse, he can be found in the shadows of the horror, psychological, and mystery genres. He remains perpetually fascinated by the darker corners of the human mind and the mysteries of the unknown—the fuel for his twisted, high-stakes narratives.
